Melón Jimenez & Lara Wong 2025 Canada Summer Tour in Montreal

Guitarist Melón Jiménez and flautist Lara Wong present their project “Confluencias” in a summer Tour around Canada, blending flamenco-inspired melodies with electronic soundscapes and mystical bansuri tunes.
After two years of composing, performing, and touring together, the duo of guitarist Melón Jiménez and flautist Lara Wong, who also plays the bansuri (an Indian flute), presents their new project, Confluencias, at the NAC.
This project blends rhythms and melodies inspired by flamenco. In a dialogue between cultures, Confluencias takes audiences on a musical journey filled with flamenco guitar riffs, electronic soundscapes, mystical bansuri melodies, and flute improvisations.
