“The European Union Cultural Fair” showcases the rich cultural heritage of EU Member States through live music, workshops, dance performances, and tastings of traditional European foods and beverages.

The 4th edition of the European Union Cultural Fair is a full-day event celebrating the cultural diversity of the European Union.

The Fair will feature live music, dance performances, interactive workshops, and a variety of culinary tastings. Visitors will also have the chance to explore Europe’s diverse travel and cultural offerings at country booths hosted by EU diplomatic missions.

This year’s edition will take place at the riverside grounds of the Canadian Museum of History in Gatineau — a landmark location in the heart of the National Capital Region.

The Spanish Folk Dance Troupe of Ottawa

The Spanish Folk Dance Troupe of Ottawa will perform traditional dances from the southern region of Spain, Andalusia, along with some lively pasodobles, at 10:05 am at the main stage. Dancers will wear authentic flamenco dresses from Spain and will be performing popular dances from the provinces of Cadiz, Huelva, Granada and Sevilla.
