• A red balloon descends from sky and lands in the magical city of Santiago de Compostela. A smiling boy and his dog find the balloon and discover that it has a note with a message: “Deflate me little by little…”
• Directed by Fran Estévez. Estévez (Pontevedra, 1980) belongs to the first promotion of the Galician School of Cinema (EGACI) where he directed the documentary Fandango and the science fiction film Equinox. In 2002 he founded the film producer company Hipotálamo Films. In 2004 his work Metamorphosis won several international prizes. He has also shot The Humanoid (2007), Titanium & Plutonium (2010) and Idiots (2013).

Started in 2001, Picture This…Film Festival is both a competitive and exhibition festival which features films about disability and/or films on any subject that were produced, directed and/or written by people with disabilities.
